For our client in Den haag, the netherlands, we are currently searching for a SharePoint 2010 Trainer.
start mid June for at least 6 months.
Job description:
The SharePoint Trainer will provide functional training and support the change behaviour process as SharePoint 2010 is deployed across the Projects and Technology community.
- Deliver “how-to” functional training to individuals and groups (formal and informal) in using SharePoint 2010 (lists and libraries, web parts, user groups and permissions, connecting applications to SharePoint, etc.)
- Coach community in functionality unique to the SharePoint 2010 environment
- Advocate SharePoint and new ways of working
- Guide community to existing training materials and support
- Develop and maintain SharePoint 2010 knowledge sharing portal~
- Maintain issues log
- Capture and share lessons learned and best practices
- Identify training gaps and opportunities, propose appropriate remediation, and participate in development or refinement of training materials
- Liaise with global teams
Skills required:
- Subject matter expertise in functional use of SharePoint 2010
- Three-years experience in training users on SharePoint
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and recommendations, both oral and written, at a level consistent with the audience
- Apply analytical skills to assess situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, recommend practical courses of action using innovation and good judgment
- Good listening skills and ability to explain in a clear and concise way.
- Proficient in the use of software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and strong general computing skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field, Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of formal training
- Bachelors and or Masters of Business Administration, or degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience a plus
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification (such as MCTS or MCITP) is a plus
